Horrible service and underhanded practices
When we moved here we rented a garage and told them that we had 2 cars for my wife and myself, we were told that there was no assigned parking places and that the car that didn't fit in the garage would have to grab one of the open a parking spots or park in front of the garage, we did this for the first year, then they came back at the end of 2024 and told us we no longer could use a parking spot, only the people who were not paying extra for a garage could use them. I tried to reason with them... and made a complaint with the corporate office but never even hot a phone call back from them. Then When a light bulb goes out they charge you to exchange it, even if you install it for them. You cannot take it with you when you leave, it was there when we rented the apartment so why would it not be one of the rented items like a waterheater or dishwasher or furnace filter, that they maintain? The maintenance staff is friendly thats why I'm giving them a 1 star otherwise it would be less. They also charge you for trash pick up and then miss about half the days without pick up and without notice of why.
