Crime and uncaring management

I've heard of about 15 vehicle thefts and one actually car jacking by gun point in the apartment parking lot. The management is super rude and unhelpful. I would recommend renting anywhere else.

I love living here!

I absolutely love living here. We moved in when they first opened, and recently just signed another 15 month lease without any hesitation. Management is amazing. Shout out to Christina, Gene and Karen for all they do. They have fun and unique events every weekend in the office for the community to attend. Most recently was an ice cream social to celebrate the opening of the pool. The matience is fast to respond and always has a presence on site working on the property such as planting trees or... maintaining the dog park. This apartment complex is extremly dog friendly with water dishes and biscuits in the office. Plus a dog spa!! Neighbors are all so friendly and quiet, we love everyone in our building. They have security at night and you can call them anytime to report anything suspicious. They frequently partner with PapaJohns and have pizza night for residents. Christina is really the best property manager and ypu cqn tell she lpces her job and cares about all of her residents. She always waves to us and greets residents by name. If you want high end living in the friendliest community around, you will want to live here.

Avoid - Go Somewhere Else

There was a miscommunication, as four employees each provided us with different information. Unfortunately, we applied after only speaking with two of them, and we were approved for an apartment that is not suitable for our needs, but one that matched the description provided by the first two employees. Palisade refused to refund our deposit fee (and application fees). Please avoid this apartment complex. The employees are nice, but there is a major lack of calibration, and the customer does not... come first. There are many other apartment complexes near by. Go to anyone else.

I appreciate your feedback to me. My sincere apologies if you feel that there was any miscommunication regarding the apartment, that was certainly not our intention at all.
I did speak to both Gene and Karen regarding this situation. Per...
our documentation when you first came in and toured, Gene showed you three units. Two where on the 1st floor and then the floorplan of your choice was on the 3rd floor.
I am not sure where the miscommunication came from since you saw a 3rd floor unit. Also in speaking to Karen, you had stopped in a few weeks ago, to show your girlfriend. Karen mentioned that she didn’t have a Valecito to show, so she showed you our model to view the features inside the apartment. Karen did mention the differences between the floorplans and floor levels, and that there was carpet in the living room on the 3rd floor. Nothing was mentioned to her at that time about not wanting carpet in the Livingroom. We were only notified that this was an issue a week ago.
My team and I care very much about our customer’s and their needs, and if we would have known about this, we had several other options we could have offer to you.

Once again if you wanted to take the opportunity to actually view the unit you picked. I am happy to show you it when it becomes vacant. It is one of our best locations. If you are interested we can also let you know if a first floor comes open in the floorplan of your choice.

Best Renter Experience

I am very pleased with the outstanding performance and service of the entire team including management and maintenance. I am a tenant and will most likely sign another lease here because of the positive atmosphere along with top notch security and due consideration to those who are trying to establish themselves in a new place. I have faced some serious financial struggles and they were willing to accommodate my unique and unfortunate situation. We have an amazing and caring staff here and I... would recommend renting here to even the closest of friends or family. Oh and let's not forget.. they welcome your pets if you have them :)
