Not even close to luxury

Definitely moving out when the lease expires. Never get one day to use the pool because of how small the pool is and how many little kids are always there. Hot tub they says works but after the 6th* time trying it out and getting into lukewarm water I'd say otherwise. To give you an idea of the pool there excuse why the hot tub doesn't work is the kids jumping in and out so the water level is too low to reheat. Now running into billing issues because I was never notified that I was being charged... vacant fees for utilities that have reached over $1,000! Go into the office only to be redirected to call the "billing department". After spending 30 minutes on hold they are saying since I'm calling on the 2nd Ill get charged vacant fees again. Go figure! Cheaply built apartments stepped on several nails sticking out in doorways and very thin walls. You will always hear dogs barking. Would not consider this luxury.

New management and employees are a joke

The previous owners and employees went above and beyond for residents and treated us like family. It truly felt like living in luxury. They threw monthly parties to help us feel like a community and get to know one another. They had parties catered and hired a DJ and gave away multiple gift cards and prizes. The new owners and employees take FOREVER to address any residents' concerns, they are extremely CARELESS and do not take pride in their jobs or care about residents. They want to do the... least amount of work possible and just take their paycheck. I would NOT recommend these apartments now that it is under new management. Every resident I've talked to feels the same way. Loved it with the old owners- hate it with the new owners.

Do not recommend

I went to several apartments in castle rock and found to b the safest for me as i am a single woman staying by myself with a little dog. There is a garage door thru which u have access to the room and i thought this the safest place for me to stay. So i moved in to this apartment. Its been 3 weeks that i have moved in and i regret my decision EVERY wingle day. The garage door keeps opening at random times. I wake up in the morning and the garage door is open. I am scared cuz anyone can get in... theu the garage door to the room. They charge you more if u wanna get the second floor. But whats the point of taking second floor when anyone can easily get access to your room. They sent the maintenance guy 5 times ( and i am not even exaggerating) he has tried his best and changed the lock for me but never works. When i wake up in the morning the door is wide open. Same with the ac. AC in the bedroom doesnt work. I got frustrated and bought a bed and i have been sleeping in the living room cuz the living room does get enuf cold air for me to get some sleep. Its been 3 weeks and finally Tabatha said she is sending AC professional guy today not just the maintenance guy. They said everything should work fine today. I got home thinking today finally i may have peace of mind in my apartment but no it has not been fixed. PLEASE PLEASE do not move in to this apartment. For people who are moving in this building requires connector fiber for the internet to work so plz tell your comcast guy to bring that along cuz if u wont u will have to wait for internet like me forever. And they only do comcast in this building. I do not write reviews but havei come to a point where i do not even like to get of work and come home. I am losing my cool and thought i have to make people aware. Please look at the other apartments in area.

Highly Recommend

I contacted this property online and I received a very timely response back from Tabatha. Tabatha is great, she answered all of my questions and then she immediately scheduled a tour. She followed up with an email with the apartment details and kept me in the loop with regards to availability and clearly communicated all costs associated with renting the apartment. I was impressed from the moment I walked through the clubhouse doors especially with the fitness center, business and pool areas.... I also loved the apartment, especially the attached 2 car garage and the washer and dryer in the unit. Everything is new and very nice. The application process was all online with quick turn around. Overall, I'm impressed and I can't wait to move in and be a part of this wonderful community. Thank you for making my move seamless and easy.
