everyone here is super friendly and i love all the updates in the homes! love that there’s a dog park, and park for kids. i love taking my little to the park!

Would never have moved in here if I would have know how bad the management is and that they don’t care if your vehicle gets broke into and that they allow non residents to park in the resident parking. Something is always breaking in the unit and takes forever to get fixed or they have to wait for the manager to order the part then it takes forever to get done cause me being white seems like the manager doesn’t care to go out of her way to help. This whole place needs to be investigated.

Constant problems and changes from the office. I know they just switched names but inconveniencing the residents multiple times with multiple changes takes time out of our day to get the paperwork changed (5 times in less than 2 lease terms), resubmit the same paperwork they already have on file with a different name, go through their portal that doesn’t work, email their insurance company to get it sorted, and still be charged their insurance fees on top of our already paid in full insurance... premium. Then fight to get reimbursed. This is ridiculous!!!!! Stop inconveniencing your residents and figure out a way to do YOUR job. Resubmitting my same paperwork every few months isn’t MY job.
They also did construction IN my apartment while I was living there and it took months. It still isn’t finished and I just live with it.

It feels like home. Gorgeous one bedroom apartment on the inside and friendly neighbors and staff when we communicate outside the apartment boundaries. I don't plan on moving for a long time.
