My favorite place to live

Camber has been the greatest experience to live since I got out here a month ago. The office staff are so friendly and always greeting people with the most friendly smile. They knowledge the residents by name. They maintain the pool side and gym so professionally, camber has been my favorite place and is still my favorite place. The club house is the place to go for some quite time, not only is a great place to hang out, you are also able to play pool watch TV and just be in a world or... relaxation. I most especially love their in door fire place... For me that never gets old

Black Mold Infested New Builds

If you love black mold and incompetent property managers, this is the place for you! Black mold comes through from the roof (which means it had to have been growing for months) and what do they do?? Stick “air scrubbers” in the unit which don’t eliminate mold but they did double my electric bill! 3 weeks after notification that we had mold, the dry wall was cut out and NO MOLD REMEDIATION WAS PERFORMED, just a little trash bag taped over the hole. I sat there and watched. They laid new dry wall... days later and told me it was “all gone.” How ignorant do you have to be to realize that a new dry wall panel does not ELIMINATE mold or spores? Educate yourself. Do NOT rent here if you care about your health. Oh did I mention there was a shooting on the property that closed the amenities down for months too? No information was provided to residents as to what happened other than they would look into it. Property is supposed to have security that patrols (never there) but I’ve seen the cops here more than some security company.

I am disappointed to hear that we were not able to deliver anything but an exceptional living experience to you!

We greatly appreciate you reporting the moisture in your roof as soon as you noticed...
it! We found that increased rain storms, which brought heavy hail over the last few weeks, is what damaged your roof, and allowed for a small amount of moisture to collect in the ceiling of your linen closet. Management did hire a 3rd party specialist to locate and stop the leak you reported, and a different remediation specialist was immediately hired to properly treat and remove the reported moisture in your home. All necessary steps and precautions were taken, and documented as well!

Anytime a leak is reported, it is important that we locate and stop the source of the leak before completing any final drywall repairs. The HEPA air-scrubbers placed in your home were a crucial component in the mold remediation process, and I apologize for how they may have affected your costs with Xcel. Please reach out to me asap, as I would love to discuss the increased electricity bills you received from the electric company and do all I can to ensure you are satisfied with your living experience at Camber!

Camber management works closely with the Denver Police, as well as our courtesy patrol partners to ensure we are communicating all resident concerns to the proper authorities! Lone Star Protection patrols the community often, and at random periods of the day and evening so it is understandable that you do not see them on a routine basis.

Great management

Love living here! The whole process was very easy, the ladies in the office are so helpful and nice. Any maintenance issues reported Mike gets right on it and has it taken care of.

Love it here!!

Overall amazing experience! Staff is wonderful, amenities are top quality, apartments are spacious and beautiful, and residents are generally polite. We’ve only had one noisy neighbor who leaves trash outside their door sometimes, but what apartment complex doesn’t? This is definitely going to be our final apartment destination before buying a home.
