Don't live here
To start off with my car was stolen from the paid parking lot that I paid for and when reaching out to ask for footage I was told "our cameras are not good enough to see anything". There was no actions taken on Cavaliers side in terms of resolving this or even getting me a new parking pass. AC doesn't work. Whenever heat is turned on in one of the other apartments nearby mine begins to heat up. There have been a few instances of fights breaking out late at night. Now I as I am leaving I was not... aware of the 60 day notice to vacate which from my understanding was only given to me in a note left outside my apartment. Now I am being told that I will have holding fees until the apartment is occupied and they only reached out to me 2 weeks before my lease is up. The land lords only have their best interest and don't care about the tenants I don't recommend living here unless you take my apartment so I don't have this holding fee.

Unfortunately, crime is up throughout Denver and when your car was stolen, we only had one ring camera mounted to the top of the building. Unfortunately, the angle as well as the quality at night could not provide any useful video. ... Just because crime is up, doesn’t mean it makes the theft of your car any less severe; and we understand. Since then, we have added multiple high definition cameras throughout the property.
We strongly disagree with your statement that we do not care about our residents.
- When you moved into our community, the manager at the time left his Thanksgiving holiday early to meet you Sunday evening.
- We do not have record of your AC not working or it being too warm in your apartment. Every service order you raised, we responded to immediately.
To clarify, the notice to vacate period is 30 days. We provided you with a renewal offer on December 15th, 2020: more than 60 days before your lease expired. It is also very surprising to hear you didn’t understand a notice to vacate is required since you moved into our community in 2020 and renewed with us in 2021.
