Biggest issues revolve around pool/hot tub maintenance and cleaning and closures during my first summer last year, and lack of communication every time. Many unsupervised teen and children parties leaving the pool a mess was a pain and seemed to cause closures.
Electrical systems are outdated and out of mandated requirements by the state, and my 1 bedroom has had summer electric bills over $300.
Lowest bill was $100, but average is $200. I couldn’t imagine a two bedroom here.
I would love... text communication for maintenance and payments.
We would love a guest parking area. Only guest parking is main road along Monaco.
Otherwise, very well kept apartments, CLEAN roads and gardening for the most part. They are responsive and friendly. Good appliances. Nice patios. Lots of dumpsters and picked up timely. Mail is secure. Buildings and apts numbered obviously. Nice office. Pool and hot tub are great when open and cleaned.
