Charge for monthly parking fee or you get towed. $8 monthly 1 vehicle second vehicle $45 monthly. Floors shake if neighbor closes door hard, can hear neighbors around you when they are loud, take forever to repair or fix anything. Waiting since 2017 Feb for vinyl floor repair, painted over grease on walls next to stove. High temp on stove blistered wall paint since stove is against the wall on the side. Can not clean under appliances due to blocking by walls counters and radiant heat registers... or vinyl floor tearing to move any furniture around, Refrigerator door hits light switch every time we open the door management discriminates against parking violators towing registered vehicles because tow company and management do not enforce removing unregistered vehicles nightly tow company come whenever they want and very often not seen for weeks the bang one day they here in force to yos including registered permit holders. Water pressure drops Everytime some one moves out. handrails are rusty often broken and takes maintenance months to repair. Took maintenance 5 years to fix a broken valve for my radiant heaters in my unit and put in new thermostat with a wire hanging down the Interior wall in my living room. And now after raising my rent another $100 they have added a new $2 Pest Control reimbursement fee. So that should sway your decision to live here. I am currently looking to move and void my just signed lease because of increasing rents fees and lack of maintenance on the property grounds buildings and parking lot. I have had 14 flat tires in 5 years living here flats acquired in the parking lot area that has caused replacement of all it tires. No air pumps near here as homeless population wanders around this area 24/7 causing noise and doing drugs trying to sleep in elevators laundry rooms and even in the elevator landing platforms. You face a real possibility of being robbed in the parking lot at any time of day or night
