Largely unresponsive about maintenance
I've had a maintenance issue for six months, and it remains unresolved. What has been done is several holes cut out of the drywall, exposing the negative space of the building.
There are two parking gates. One is broken and locked up. The other is broken and locked down. The one that's locked down has been that way for four months.
Elevators are out constantly. It feels like one isn't working in any given week. And they are spaced out, so if the one by you isn't working it's a hassle to use... the other ones because the layout of the parking is such that nowhere is a straight shot to anywhere else. You end up using a different elevator, then circling halfway around the building and walking up or down a ramp or stairs to reach your car.
When I moved in nine months ago I was told the clubhouse would have TVs for residents to use. But last I checked the TVs aren't hooked up to a feed of any kind. What can residents do with a TV that doesn't have anything on it?!
