I loved it here.

I lived at Westover Garden apartments for almost 3 years and had nothing but the best experience. The apartment complex is well maintained and any maintenance requests in my apartment were promptly taken care of. The maintenance staff was always very polite and respectful. The best impression was the last one, when I was moving out at the end of my lease term. Due to circumstances beyond my control with the new residence I was to move into, I had to extend my stay by a few more days. I even... had to leave my many moving boxes outside the building landing and just outside my apartment for a couple of days! I was so worried that I would be inconveneicing the maintenance staff who needed to get the apartment ready for the new tenants. However, everyone was just so understanding! Not only was the maintnenace staff very courteous with me while waiting for me to get my belongings moved out, they even helped me by moving my couch. I was taken aback by the level of courtesy of the maintenance staff. And last but not least, I must say Lisa, the property manager and the leasing agents; Amari and Natasha, were all so very kind and compassionate and they went above and beyond, to facilitate my move. I was treated like a family member and not a tenant who is moving out. I was teary eyed out of sheer gratitude as I was driving away in the moving truck, recollecting all the kindness shown to me by Lisa and her entire staff, including the gentleman who came to paint the semi-vacated apartment, and also my wonderful neighbors, John- my immediate neighbor who glides on his hover-board with his pet bird on his shoulder, his sweet wife, the very friendly sweet lady downstairs with the two adorable daughters and all others. Thank you to all of them. May God bless you all. :0)

Mold and cockroaches!

This place, not just one unit is crawling with mold. Old pipes and cheap repairs during water damage issues and a result of mold growing. Management has even gone so far as to spray paint over the mold to present the place as “move in” ready. Once you get sick oh they will happily let you out of your lease but will keep your money and not even consider reimbursing you for your illness and time lost at work and money lost for the cost of moving into their place. A lot of people in the future will... move here and get sick and not even know it’s a result of the mold, so they will treat the symptoms that will never really be cured until they move out. The owner is taking peoples money and allowing them to move into an uninhabitable place. Kids and elderly could have a serious reaction to this and could end up hospitalized or even end up in a fatal situation or lifelong illness. Mold is no joke! Cases with the health department have been opened. Greed over values is what the owner seems to be about. Do not waste your time renting here. Save your family from serious illness!

Lived at Westover almost 20 years

Westover Gardens was a good choice for me and worked for me for many years. Lisa and Linny in the office were there the whole time and were great to work with. Maintenance was good and fairly fast. I would recommend this place.

Amazing! Quiet! Same day maintenance, very responsive team! Clean property. And great layout, if I could I'd stay forever!!!

Good apartment

I've lived here for 5 years now and it's been pretty good. The staff are great and the maintenance is pretty quick. For the most part it's a pretty quiet area. I recommend getting a apartment on the top floor because they're are times you can hear your neighbor upstairs. I gave only 4 stars since I do wish they allowed dogs here, especially since there's a dog park really close by, and covered parking. It's a good location. Most shopping is walking distance. I haven't had any major problems... since living here.
