Just the worst and no accountability!
Management told me they were "too busy handling complaints" to notify residents that they had changed rent payment methods and had a problem with their online payment portal that disabled an autopay that had been set up for 5 years. They were NOT too busy to fill out and post dozens of eviction notices caused by their error. The following month it became clear that credit union autopays are permanently disabled leaving only money orders or credit card payments for a 4% FEE. The office does not... even take payments and everything must be done through a phone app as management does not trust them with money. They have the Valet Living trash service but observe none of the rules and I regularly have to walk around the neighbor's trash or where the animals got into it over the weekend as the service is Mon-Thur (at best and if they show at all). There are many more issues but these are the straws that broke it for me.
