Everything about this place sucks management/staff, the units, maintenance, complex upkeep, and more. I was never treated with respect or kindness, the maintenance request took forever to get done (with many follow-ups from me included), and they were almost never correctly done; the utility bill was often all over the place (not consistent and often rose unexpectedly and without explanation), and so many other things. Please, please, please reconsider your decision to live here. There are... better options out there. This one caused so much stress and anxiety. We would have saved ourselves a huge headache if we picked another complex. Lee mas

This property deserves less than a 1 star review in my opinion. From the beginning I had trouble receiving any maintenance work and have repeatedly gone 5 weeks with issues unresolved. Since then I have discovered discrepancies within my bills each month of being overcharged and hidden fees. When attempting to discuss this with the management team at Courtney Park they were constantly dismissive, rude, condescending, and disrespectful. On top of this they lie and will tell you one thing the... first time you go in and then another when you go back the next time to ask the same question because it wasn't the real answer. All in all DO NOT LIVE HERE. They will make your experience living here AWFUL. I would even go so far as to say my time here has been horrendous. If you currently live here... I'm sorry get out as fast as you can. Lee mas

We recently moved into this apartment complex and had a very positive experience. Jessica, the new manager, made us her top priority. She was very professional, but also very helpful and kind. She ensured that we could get moved in as quickly as possible and kept in touch with us daily during the process. We spent some time in the office when we were applying and were able to see her interact with other tenants and saw her passion to make sure she took care of any of their concerns. The... previous reviews were worrisome to us, but Jessica took great care of us and we feel confident that she will do whatever she can to make your move here a wonderful experience! Lee mas

It's been 3 weeks since I've applied, they turned down my application which isnt the problem. Lied to keep me on the hook so I lost out on another place. Now 3 weeks after apply and being denied... they still haven't returned my deposit on the unit (which they didn't even hold).

I chose not to live in Courtney Park however in my tour of this apartment I noticed several things that immediately felt like red flags. When you first pull in the complex looks older but renovated, but I was suspicious when the leasing agent pushed back on showing me the actual unit I would be living in rather than the model-I shortly found out why that was. The steps to the unit on the second floor were collapsing and looked unsafe to even step on. The entire apartment was not updated and... looked far from the luxury unit I anticipated. Almost everything was broken and/or not updated. There was visible evidence of flooding from the upstairs unit that wasn’t taken care of (I was looking to move into this unit that weekend). The air conditioner was running at the time I toured and there was an apparent smell of mold. I left right after seeing the unit without even going into pricing at the leasing office. The entire tour felt like a disaster waiting to happen. I also noticed several of the reviews are positive which felt off as well as this apartment complex is overpriced, disgusting and unsafe. I would highly recommend going elsewhere if at all possible!! Lee mas
