Awful Management and Maintenance
Most recent issue consisted of putting in a request for our broken oven. Put the service request in 3 weeks ago and still haven't had it fixed. Now its THANKSGIVING and I can't even cook in my apartment. Family flew into town and we have no way of making food for them. When I went directly to leasing, one of the staff jokingly told me to "just take them out to dinner" instead. This is one of countless issues we've had with management. Broken appliances that go months without fixing and... indifference from onsite management.
When we first moved in, the unit was in such bad condition we fought for financial concession. It was only after I contacted the Waterton Property Manager for the state of Colorado did any progress get made.
It truly is a shame because the units themselves have so much potential. Yet all of this is wasted on incompetent individuals who have no regard for quality service to their tenants.
