I would NOT refer anyone I cared about to this place.

I agree with the previous reviews. The leasing manager is incredibly rude. The Villas are the highest priced apartments in town considering the square footage. Maintenance is nearly impossible to get completed, and the repair work is sloppy when eventually completed. I regret moving in, and I can not wait for the lease to end. I would NOT refer anyone I cared about to this place.

We hate to see that you aren't having a great experience at our community. We complete work orders quickly and efficiently, with most of our residents being very pleased with the service. If there is anything we can take a look at, please let us know... in the office! We always work to improve and look forward to hearing from you.

Management lies! Absolutely worthless

Thin walls and crap windows insulation. My utilities were more than my home that's 4x's the sq, lousy management, disrespectful managers, horrible communication, terrible policies and hrs actually open for the amenities they boast. They r open 5.5 days of banker hrs when tenants are also working so get home and cant use much. Gated community? Hardly! Gates are broken and wide open 4 days a week minimum...and nothing is included in your rent! Out of 2 pools and 3 hot tubs only 1 pool and 1 hot... tub has worked for the past 2 years. And they are the smallest non-tenants use the pool more than paying tenants. Do not support this company!! You have been warned. They will nickel and dime you and charge you outrageous rent prices for the area! Make sure to check their other online reviews, don't just take my word for it!

Worst place to live

Thin walls, you can hear every time your neighbors flush the toilet! Cero attitude of customer service in the Staffing, and when you leave, they charged you for everything. Even for things that you didn't do! Worst place I ever lived. Be aware that if you moved here, you'll not see your deposit back!

The windows blew out it took them over a month to fix them, low end, HORRIBLE management!!! If you want to hate your home live here, if not live else where!!!!

Unfortunately,we did have damage from a very large wind storm that occurred the morning of 3/24/17. The wind did blow out a few living room windows, that were boarded up and secured same day. The replacement glass had to be ordered and it was... installed on 3/28/17. The windows were only without glass for less than 4 days. We always work quickly to get any issue taken care of and try to give the best customer service possible. If you would like to discuss this further, please give us a call! Thanks for your feedback.

Warning Lease elsewhere!!

Thin walls, lousy management, unprofessional maintenance crew (not really a crew 2 older untrained men), no one picks up after their dog, worst of all they charge you for a car port, garage, key fob to open the gate and nothing is included in your rent! Out of 2 pools and 3 hot tubs only 1 pool and 1 hot tub has worked for the past 2 years. Do not support this company!! You have been warned. They will nickel and dime you and charge you outrageous rent prices for the area! Make sure to... check their other online reviews, don't just take our word for it!

Thanks for your feedback. We do hope that you have enjoyed at least a bit of your stay with us as we strive to provide a great community and amenities to all of our residents. Our community is well cared for and we have a great staff. We have 3... trained maintenance staff members, one who has been with us since our community opened. We walk our community constantly to ensure that trash and pet waste is picked up. While it is the resident pet owner's responsibility to clean up after their pets, not everybody follows the rules. We do send notices/violations to offenders and urge you to let us know if you see anybody not picking up after their pets. Carports & garages are rentable items, just like at most other communities since they are reserved parking spaces. We have plenty of open/uncovered spots that are free & first come, first serve. The only time we charge for a gate fob is if a resident would like an extra one since the first one is free, for a broken remote or if they do not turn their remote in at move out. Utilities are the responsibility of the resident to pay, just like it is at most other communities or if you were in a house. Everything is reflected in the lease contract and we review in full these items with every prospect so there are no surprises. In regards to the pools & hot tubs, if there is ever an issue with any of them, we get them taken care of ASAP. Both pools have been up and running the last two years but have periodically had work done to them causing closures. Last year we re-surfaced the phase 2 pool and hot tub which caused a delay in the opening of that one approximately 6 weeks, but then was opened after the work was completed. Unfortunately this year, the phase 2 pool had a leak in one of the hot tubs which caused that one to be closed for about 8 weeks while the repairs were completed. It was open for 3 weeks prior to the repair work and opened as soon as work was done! The phase 1 pool was open on time and kept open all year both last and this year.
