Find another place if you can!
The studios may look nice at first, but it is in a really dicey neighborhood. Where do I start?
For one thing, there are a lot of break-ins. No one broke into my apartment thank goodness, but residents of the complex would leave the outside doors open and homeless people would get into the lobby and hallways. As a small woman living on my own I did not feel comfortable with that. There were several problems with the complex itself. During the winter months, my thermostat was set to 93 degrees... for over a month before they fixed it. The gate to the parking lot was extremely unreliable. I always left a half-hour early in case the gate wouldn’t open to let my car out. Coming back from work, I would often have to park on the street where cars were broken into because the gate wouldn’t open with my fob. I had to get my own wifi because the building’s was terrible. Also, there is laundry available in the complex, but you have to pay. My packages were always stolen so I had them sent to my boyfriend's house. I am a teacher and I had to have Amazon refund me over $200 in school supplies. If you have any issues walking up stairs I would avoid the place altogether. The elevator is always broken. Frequently there are people yelling obscenities down the street and sometimes in the complex itself. It’s just not a pleasant place to live. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe there.
