Middletown Ridge Apartments

price is not ideal for the renting market considering what you get in return. leasing office is unresponsive and not very helpful. amenities have been out of use for MONTHS for “reno”. parking lot is dangerous and people speed through. there’s no sidewalks so be careful walking. floors and walls must be made cheaply because i hear my neighbors a little too well. windows should be redone, i had to seal my windows in the winter because of the awful draft. my dog was attacked twice by the... neighbor’s dog and the front office did nothing about it. the only saving grace is the maintenance teams who’s super friendly and answers more questions than the front office does. don’t plan to renew but it got the job done for the year. I always have to mention what a wonderful job Sean and Delfino taking care of resident requests. They are great ambassadors for Middletown Ridge and always have a smile and pleasant conversation. I enjoy living here. My apartment is comfortable, my neighbors friendly, and I feel safe on the property. I would recommend Middletown Ridge to friends.

Awesome Good management excellent respond. Whenever I call for any maintenance and other work immediate response seen and issue resolved. And also cooperative management. Awesome inviorment.

The Maintenance team and Office staff are great! Snow removal in the parking lot could be a little better, but overall this is a good place.

The experience has been very good so far. My leasing agent Lee was amazing. Looking forward to warm weather and using the pool and gym. First snow removal went well. Plenty of parking.
