West Hill apartments
Most apartment have high electric bills, No matter what you do to conserve energy , molds in upstairs bathroom.
They got 3 maintenance guys serving Horizon homes too so don’t expect they will come out quick when placing a work order,
No assignment to the Parking lot, visitors will take the spot in front of your unit and won’t leave
Management only cares about collect the rent and will till you that units are below market rates,lol.

I am sorry to hear that your electric bills were high. I suggest you contact Eversource to... discuss ways that you can reduce your bills. Are you aware that you can choose a less expensive supplier through the Eversource website?
Regarding maintenance, we actually have a highly skilled team of five Maintenance Technicians to serve the properties, as well as 24/7 emergency maintenance. 95% of our non-emergency maintenance requests are investigated within 24 hours and are resolved within 3 business days. If you have mold in a bathroom, you should put in a Maintenance Request right away, as that is something we would want to treat and remediate quickly.
We do not have assigned parking in the lot anymore, as we found that assigned parking caused our residents more problems than it solved. If you see a non-registered car parked in a space, you should notify the Main Office through a Maintenance Request or by email to info@ghmco.com. License plate number or photo would be helpful to solving the problem.
