New Country Club Estates

The walls are thick and the apartments are clean. I've lived here for two years and have had very little to complain about. The building management is pretty easy to get in touch with. The super is quick to respond and does great work. The location is fantastic. It's super quick to get to Farmington and West Hartford and have easy access to 84 and route 9 without the noise and traffic of living in a busy area. Although the fire house across the street can be a bit loud when the trucks are coming... and going. Stanley park is right across the street, so it feels like you have a huge backyard. Overall a great place to live and I look forward to renewing for another year. Lee mas

I’ve had a great experience living here! The staff in the leasing office are always kind, helpful, and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the property is well taken care of. It’s a comfortable, welcoming space to call home— highly recommend!

Great and affordable place to live close to Hartford. Calm, quiet place next to the woods. Very nice location (right next to the mall, Stanley Park and supermarkets). Staff is very helpful with any issues.

I’ve been living here for almost 4 years now and I can honestly say it’s been great. It’s quiet. Plenty of parking. Secure. It’s close to the highway. Shopping. 2 parks with plenty to do. Golf course across the street. Cyndi ( office manager)and Chet( maintenance) have been great. I highly recommend!!

I’ve been living here for 3 years as I attended school nearby. It is the most convenient place to live since it’s near almost anything you would need (stores, groceries, gas, parks, college, hospital, gyms, etc). Also of all my years living here, neighbors are really nice and always felt safe!
