POOR COMMUNICATION (WORSE THAN YOU THINK)
Leasing process was hectic due to subpar communication. I thought that was it till I signed the actual lease. I haven't been able to get in touch for a week.
Nobody takes calls or replies to emails. I understand life happens, but this building is professionally managed, and this display of poor communication is beyond unacceptable.
I am literally trying to make payments and give them money, but I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone for a week and counting.
This isn't an isolated... incident. There's a bunch of us apartment searching at this moment and nobody has been able to also get across via emails, texts, calls, etc.
It's borderline frustrating. If I hadn't signed my lease and started setting up utilities, I would have backed out.
