Wasted my time during my scheduled tour
I had an appointment today (12/30) at 3pm for a tour. I came 10 minutes early. By 3:15pm, I was still not seen, so I ended up leaving.
It is a bit unprofessional for a luxury apartment such as this for the leasing folks to not even check up. I might try again in January—maybe the leasing office will have their act together then. This is probably the worst experience I’ve received to date from a luxury apartment tour and I’ve lived in a few.
I am also dissatisfied with the email communication ... I just received from one of their staff members. The email starts with “There was an oversight with the schedule and we are incredibly sorry for missing your tour today.” This is a poor apology after making me wait 25 mins inside Crosby with no communication from the leasing office staff.
