Elevation at Washington Gateway Apartamentos

I have been at Elevation at Gateway for four months now. I still love it here. The location is great, my apartment is nice, the amenities are great and the parties and activities for the residents are fantastic. My initial rating on moving in has been downgraded because I am not able to retract the blind in my living area. For three months now I have been waiting to have it repaired or replaced. Moreover, I only have warm water in my bathtub/shower since I moved in. I am not feeling very good... about this. Lee mas

I love the cleanliness and refreshing feel I get when I walk inside the building. The residents are so welcoming. I love the walkable community and I love the food spots they are so close with 3 hour free parking.

I really enjoy my new home and the neighborhood. It has so much to offer. My friends seem to like my new home as well. Looking forward to when the pool opens

This is a very nice property! It is also in a great location. Very easy to get to metro. The staff was very professional and kind. The people that stay so far has been very kind. I would definitely recommend.

I enjoy living at Elevation by Bozzuto because it feels very safe, the amenities are great, and it’s easily accessible on the metro. The pool and gym are my favorite amenities, both are typically clean and not crowded. I also love how quickly maintenance requests are handled. Additionally, the way the outside doors are locked and monitored by a 24/7 concierge makes me feel really safe. The regular staff at the front dream are really kind and helpful.
