The Silva Apartamentos

I moved into this apartment building a couple of months ago, and I absolutely love it here! From day one, the office staff has been incredibly helpful and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure my experience is a positive one. The community events are a highlight – they're a great way to meet neighbors and have some fun. I'm especially looking forward to the pool opening soon. So far, I haven't had any issues, and everything has been running smoothly. I highly recommend this place... to anyone looking for a great apartment community! Lee mas

I have been quite spoiled as far as housing is concerned, yet the Silva team members, the building itself (architecture, quality of construction, attention to detail, amenities, etc.), my wonderful neighbors in the Silva, and the neighborhood have far exceeded my initial expectations. Just wonderful to be able to call this my new home!

After more than two years at home in the Silva now, I am happy to report that I’m still just as happy as when I first moved in. It feels like every new team... member only adds positive aspects to the culture in the community. The facilities have not degraded one bit (thank you, Mike & Team). really smooth and friendly move in! It's been great settling into the Silva. Kendra and the team have been helpful in getting me set up well.

Great experience so far. The Silva Team is super responsive and helpful. The apartment complex has great amenities and the apartments are laid out nicely and you can't beat the floor to ceiling windows. Great location in Adams Morgan too and just across the street from Columbia Heights.
