After a few months of living here the door lock stopped working through the app and shortly after the fob stopped working as well. Tried to address this situation with the front and after the first attempt to tell maintenance, nothing happened. We were forced to leave our door unlocked for almost a week and when going back to the front, the lady sitting at the front desk proceeded to lecture us. We were not happy at all but they ended up just putting a normal door lock on the door. Aside from... that the front gate has been broken for weeks because somebody crashed into the pole with the keypad and now the gate just has cones permanently blocking our gate.
The apartments are nice but the front is a nightmare.
