5 Stars – Great Move-In Experience!

I had such a great experience moving into this apartment complex. From the very beginning, the process was smooth and stress-free. Nick and Nadia were both incredibly helpful—always responsive, professional, and kind.

Management and facilities are good. However, noise control is a huge issue. Units have extremely thin walls and flooring-you hear absolutely everything at all hours. Too many sleepless nights and noises like stepping, doors closing, things being dragged across the floor consistently. Not much being done to rectify it.

It’s fairly OK. The mail room is chaotic and sometimes my packages get lost and I don’t get notified when packages are present in the mail room.

I give Perla Gem Lake - 5 Stars

Living at Perla Gem Lake for the past four months has been an exceptional experience! From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the attentive and friendly staff. They are always ready to help and go above and beyond to ensure that residents feel welcomed and valued.

The maintenance team deserves a special shout-out. Especially Kimroy, he was prompt and efficient, and very friendly addressing any issues quickly and professionally.

The amenities are... fantastic! The facilities are modern and well-maintained, providing everything I need for a comfortable lifestyle.

I also love the events organized by the community. They foster a sense of camaraderie among residents and are a great way to meet new people.

Cant forget the food trucks! They add a delightful variety to our dining options and have become one of my favorite features.

The apartment is very nice and amenities but it definitely a far cry from hotel resort style living that was advertised
Most emails are not responded too even the short ones with direct questions. I was told a mountain of things were coming when we moved in like bike storage which is still not available a year later. I'm not sure why the rare food trucks are booked out a month in advance then can only give 2 hours notice knowing people after preplan their meals. We get a lot of mass emails but... no further attempts to solve complaints even after multiple complaints. Breakers are very easily tripped vehicles will park halfway out if the parking spaces or stop and unload in the driving area which is a huge safety hazard as fast as people still drive in the lot Lee mas
