Ive been here for 6 months now, and I have been ok with Rosemont for now. The pros living here have been that the pool is usually clean, shower water is always warm, the neighbors are somewhat quiet most of the time, and the staff are nice.
Cons have been that I’ve put in MULTIPLE request for the AC because of the musty smell in my apartment and problem is still not fixed, last time the tech said there’s nothing more he can do and left, we’ve gotten multiple visits from the pest control but... they are not effective at all and I honestly believe Rosemont is wasting money on these new guys. all they do is come in and spray the corners and leave.
Those are the only 2 things that my wife and I are tired of asking to be addressed.
Our experience could be so much better if these simple things get more attention. Then I could recommend Rosemont to some friends moving down this next year. Waiting for my last 6 months here to leave a main final review!
