Poor Management
Unfortunately, despite calling the leasing office multiple times yesterday, no one answered. As a real estate agent, I was very disappointed by their subsequent behavior. I called several times to lock in the price, but they increased it by over $100 within a day, claiming to operate like an airline. My family flew from Boston to Naples, only to encounter what might be the most amateur team I've ever seen. The property owner should seriously reconsider their choice of management. These people... shouldn't be trusted with million-dollars properties—they can't even manage a lemonade stand.
