Horrible Management
My experience with this apartment complex has been extremely subpar ever since move in back in December of 2023.
Thankfully, I terminated my lease on 11/13/24, but I still haven’t received back my security deposit or even a status of my deposit.
I called two weeks prior to today (01/22/25), and kept being told that the property manager would call me to discuss my deposit, however, that same property manager is no longer with the company. I expressed my concern to the staff and was met with a... “not my problem” attitude. Instead of giving them a hard time I decided to make note of this horrible display of customer service and warn any future residents.
Be aware.
