Centre Court Apartments

I have lived here going on 2 years and I enjoy the property. I got blessed with a wonderful neighbor, even though there is rodents due to apartment age. It is just a matter of maintaining your apartment. The front desk works very hard to be flexible and accommodate every resident. The maintenance crew responds quickly to solicitations. And new management is good so far.

The whole staff has been very helpful, kind, accommodating, and yet professional, knowledgeable, and informative at the same time. Thank you guys for Everything!!! God bless

I've lived at center Court for 5 years now, actually just signed my 5th year lease. Roughly 2 years ago a new management company came in and now manage the property. The property has gone thru some growing pains since then but now with a new property manager Christina and her attention to detail,the property has really come around. For a income based property it is by far one of the nicest properties in manatee county. Prior to moving here I know because I checked out roughly 25 other... properties and nothing compared. Don't get me wrong there still are improvements that need to be made and updates and upgrades but being in a quiet area, relatively safe area and a manager who wants these improvements to be made,you can't go wrong. We all need to do our part and take pride in where we live. Lee mas
