Application Good Move In Bad
The property is a great property with a lot of amenities. The landscaping is so so and there are some exterior areas of the buildings that are in need of maintenance. Truck and trailer got towed 8 hours after arriving to move in. Light bulbs out, AC not working in 80 degrees when they know we registered a dog, loose cabinet/bathroom fixtures, leaking tub spout, disconnected dryer vent, not functioning smoke detectors, broken garbage disposal and also a ripped patio screen on day of move in. The... magnetic gates on the property don’t lock and the front gate stays open about a few feet. We can tell the previous tenant smoked inside the apartment because besides the smell, the vents, patios blinds, and bedroom blinds are tinted yellow and we had to have them replace half after we moved in. Maintenance was in right away the next morning since we went into the office right when they opened. So far things have been better since moving in two weeks ago however there has been no property manager on site to talk to even though online It says management on site. I emailed the regional email that was provided by the leasing agent in the office about everything that happened on move in day and I haven’t gotten any answer back two weeks later. Hoping things get taken care of now that the new year is here and there should be a person we can talk to in the office.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. It sounds like you've had a bit of a rocky start, and I'm sorry to hear about the issues on move-in day. It's great that maintenance was quick to respond, but I understand how frustrating it is not having... someone available in management when you need them.
