Location, location, location

Atmosphere, cleanliness, attractiveness and management have definitely gone 360 degrees in the past couple of weeks. The new management team is really on top of things and have been working hard to correct any and all deficiencies in this property. The location is fabulous and the apartments are spacious. I definitely give the property a thumbs up.

Not good anymore

-Grounds are not maintained well. There used to be flowers around and now they just blow the debris off the parking lot.
-The pool is unusable for most of 2023 and now has been closed by the board of health.
-The club house has been closed for most of 2023.
-The grills don't work, tried to use them 3 times in a few months and they are either out of propane or just don't work at all.
-Building access is hit and miss for all the buildings. They only give an apartment one fob to access the...
buildings and charge $75.00 for another. Yet they give two keys. Their explanation is that you can use the app for building access, except when it stops working you lose access.
-The grounds are pet friendly, yet they do not consistently restock the waste bags and they do not empty the waste containers throughout the grounds. The dog park has two waste containers and the one in the back is ignored. The dog park is not maintained well neither.
-Maintenance requests are ignored. You can request maintenance and they do not respond. The requests will remain open for a month and then they are likely auto closed after so long. Also, there are no past records of maintenance requests so be sure to keep your own records and not rely on their resident portal.
-The buildings all have pest problems, but you have to request pest control to visit your apartment and they will not do this automatically. The pest problems started happening about 1.5 years ago and they don't do much about it. Trash lingers in the hallways due to the valet living trash service. Some residents just leave their trash in the hallways attracting more pests and smells in the halls.
-They are renovating apartment by apartment to a new look. It does look better, but at times they have crews cutting countertops at 1 AM. That new carpet they just put in an apartment I observed being rolled out in the dirty disgusting parking lot and walked on with their dirty shoes with no foot protection at all so they could cut it to size. So, they are putting in no care or attention to detail in these changes.
-The staff do not respond to emails at all. I posted our proof of insurance on the portal and they did not see it there or when I emailed it to them or when the insurance company emailed them. I had to go to the office to hand it to them. Communication overall is just terrible.
-The lights in the hallways by each apartment door you pay for! They are connected to each apartment's breaker box.

Do NOT move here!!!

This place is beyond gross! The hallways smell like rotted trash due to the trash chutes not being cleaned! The building is absolutely filthy. It is so bad that it is embarrassing to bring friends over for a visit. Complaints have been made to management and NOTHING is done. My ceiling fan has been broken for 6 months. The filter in my fridge has not been replaced in over a year. Poop is everywhere. Do NOT move here. People are leaving in droves.

First Floor Flooding

I’ve been living here several years now and the biggest issue continues to be during sudden thunderstorms the water from the balcony comes into my apartment. I’m on the first floor and I continue to put in maintenance issues and speak to management but nothing changes. Several times during the night I have woken up to find water in my living room and anymore I don’t bother cleaning it up I just let it evaporate and I’m sure there is mold or something now because of it. So don’t rent here and if... you must don’t do it in the ground floor!
