One star cause I can't give zero
Management is a combination of deadly incompetent and absolutely rude. Everything in the apartment is poorly put together and half works. Terrible terrible Internet that rivals management in uselessness. Small, cramped, and filled with bugs. On the plus side my lease is almost up and I'll be able to move.

Please know that we do offer 24/7 maintenance to promptly resolve any emergency issues in your apartment and have a full maintenance staff that lives on-site... that can help with any non emergency issues throughout the week. To assist you, we kindly ask that you submit a work order so we can address the concerns you're facing.
Regarding the internet, each apartment is provided with 500 Mbps upload and download speeds. While the office itself doesn't handle technical issues, we’re happy to connect you with our internet provider, who offers free support unless the issue is related to user error or non-property equipment, in which case a $75 fee may apply.
As for your comment about the space, we ensure that all residents receive a tour of their unit type during the leasing process to familiarize themselves with the layout and size beforehand.
Lastly, we offer free pest control services for any unit that requires treatment. If you're experiencing issues, please notify us as soon as possible so we can schedule pest control and provide cleaning recommendations to resolve the situation quickly.
