Shannon and the main office have been so kind, on point and helpful beyond belief. I actually moved back here after I left for a while because it’s so much better than renting a home . You have amenities, security, and there is just a classiness about it here. Anything that needs work or fixing , Patrick and the team are on it ASAP! Also any concerns that may arise the office takes you serious and helps find a resolution. Lastly; it’s nice walking in and around the property and the staff knows... you like cheers . But if you are planning on moving here it has everything from , gym, tanning beds , dog parks , car wash and even fire pits . If you can’t tell . I love it here ! The move in process was great and the staff was awesome to work with! The accommodations and well maintained surrounding areas makes this a great place to be!

Everything from start to move in has been great! I am new to Florida and learning where things are. My neighbors have been welcoming, and the community here seems to be very kind. It is a quiet complex or at least my building is other than street noise which you can't fix. I am very pleased to be living here.

Our experience has been great so far. The customer service we got from Randy went beyond our expectations, helping us move in incredibly fast. We are very impressed.

All maintenance issues are handled with care by all of the staff. The office and maintenance staff are a well coordinated and any issues we have had are completed in a timely manner!
