Staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is beautiful and clean and most of the people I have met have been very nice. The grounds are well kept. I did have one bad experience with a resident that was intoxicated and yelling profanities at me and my friends, but other than that it has been a pleasant experience.

We absolutely love it! We wish we had a small yard for the pupper, but the dog park is right next door :) so it works! Thank you!! We cannot wait to see what our future holds :)

Beautiful grounds and a kind staff. Neighbors are very friendly and quick with a wave and a smile. Pool area is very clean and well maintained. Great proximity to everything we need including the beach.

Shannon and the main office have been so kind, on point and helpful beyond belief. I actually moved back here after I left for a while because it’s so much better than renting a home . You have amenities, security, and there is just a classiness about it here. Anything that needs work or fixing , Patrick and the team are on it ASAP! Also any concerns that may arise the office takes you serious and helps find a resolution. Lastly; it’s nice walking in and around the property and the staff knows... you like cheers . But if you are planning on moving here it has everything from , gym, tanning beds , dog parks , car wash and even fire pits . If you can’t tell . I love it here ! The move in process was great and the staff was awesome to work with! The accommodations and well maintained surrounding areas makes this a great place to be!
