Spacious 1400 sq. ft. 3 bedroom 2 bath half duplex, which looks more like a house than a duplex when you walk through it as we customized it when we use to live in it ourselves years ago when we added about a 500 sq. ft. addition, which included a... huge 12' x 18' master bedroom with a cathedral ceiling with a skylight, which we just replaced with an impact skylight, and master bath; extension of the laundry room, which has washer and dryer hookups, for our big upright freezer and extra storage space; a separate dining room with a cathedral ceiling, which allowed us to remodel the kitchen where we doubled the amount of cabinets, counters, and lighting and added a pantry, eat-at bar, microwave shelf, and a dishwasher to go along with the refrigerator, stove, and garbage disposal (just installed a new one); and added a small back porch. The other 2 bedrooms are large, one with a walk-in closet, and so is the living room. There is a lot of storage room and very little wasted space in this floor plan. We have tile throughout the unit.
We just repainted the inside and remodeled the guest bathroom. We just replaced the entire Central AC system, which should reduce the electric bills! We are currently getting bids to have impact windows installed, which should further lower the FPL bills.
City water and sewer; most pets ok (no aggressive breeds) with a $400 non-refundable pet deposit; excellent schools; nice county park a block away in East Ridge Estates; bike ride or skate to the BEAUTIFUL HOBE SOUND BEACH (one of the nicest beaches on the Treasure Coast) less than 4 miles away, but the ocean is only one mile away the way the birds fly! No smoking inside the unit.
We offer various payment options for your convenience. The rent is $2,500 per month, including the trash collection fee, with a one year lease. First, last, and security is $2,500 each. We may be able to offer payment arrangements for the last month's rent, depending on your credit and background checks.
