Spacious 1400 sq. ft. 3 bedroom 2 bath half duplex, which looks more like a house than a duplex when you walk through it as we customized it when we use to live in it ourselves years ago when we added about a 500 sq. ft. addition, which included a... huge 12' x 18' master bedroom with a cathedral ceiling with a skylight, which we just replaced with an impact skylight, and master bath; extension of the laundry room, which has washer and dryer hookups, for our big upright freezer and extra storage space; a separate dining room with a cathedral ceiling, which allowed us to remodel the kitchen where we doubled the amount of cabinets, counters, and lighting and added a pantry, eat-at bar, microwave shelf, and a dishwasher to go along with the refrigerator, stove, and garbage disposal (just installed a new one); and added a small back porch.
