Lack of professionalism - I would be very cautious
If your company is under new management, yet your staff continues to display reluctance in answering basic questions over the phone—accompanied by an unprofessional tone of annoyance—it may be time to reconsider your choice of personnel. As someone currently exploring apartments online and making inquiries by phone, I was particularly disappointed with the attitude I encountered during a recent call to your establishment. The employee’s unprofessional demeanor was enough to dissuade me from... considering your property any further.
Their behavior left such a negative impression that I have made a note not to recommend your complex to others. If this is how potential tenants are treated at the outset, I can only imagine the challenges of dealing with such conduct on a regular basis. This kind of environment does not foster trust or comfort and raises concerns about how day-to-day interactions would be handled should I have chosen to lease from your company.
