I just moved in and every step of the way, Melisa helped make the process easy for me. She is so kind and works so hard to make sure the residents are being taken care of. From taking calls and e-mails to planing great programs for the residence, she makes this apartment what it is. The building is very clean, there is always maintenance workers cleaning, moping, and painting to make everything look beautiful. Maintenance was quick to help me with my requests.

From the moment I moved in, I have been consistently impressed with the exceptional level of service provided by the staff.
The community manager Melisa has been outstanding. She is not only friendly but also one of the best managers I've ever encountered in a rental community. Her professionalism and commitment to creating a positive living environment for residents are truly appreciated.
Adeliz and Juan have also been an absolute pleasure to interact with. They are always approachable and... ready to assist with any questions or concerns we may have. Their warm and friendly demeanor makes living here feel like a true community.
Huge shoutout to Danny, the maintenance professional. Danny is incredibly efficient and dedicated to ensuring that any maintenance requests are addressed promptly. His attention to detail and commitment to resident satisfaction are truly commendable.
Allure on Parkway has the best staff I have ever encountered in a rental community. Their dedication, friendliness, and responsiveness have made my experience here extremely enjoyable. I feel fortunate to be part of this wonderful community, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.

Allure on Parkway wasted my time and money. Very scary doing business with them.
Allure on Parkway charged me for a $300 application fee then I didn't hear back from them for weeks till I disputed the charge. We were obligated to pay the application fee, so we paid it and moved on.
Later on, we received a letter that Allure on Parkway still sent us to a collection agency for the debt we paid, and now it has been reported to the credit agency. Allure will NOT call and amend the debt. Now I am... dealing with the credit bureau to fix my credit.

Thank you for reaching out. There is a $150 administration fee and the application fee is $75.00 per adult. Since you disputed the charge, it came back as Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF). If you cancel your application, there is no refund of the... application and administration fees. If you were denied, you would receive the administration fee back. However, you disputed a legitimate charge. Please know we did contact the credit agency on your behalf. - The Team at Allure on Parkway

I’ve lived at property since it first opened about 2 years ago. At first it was great but recently it’s really going downhill. Management takes forever to resolve issues- the key fob system has been broken for months and there’s zero security at the place. Multiple cars were broken into and management never even warned the tenants. Parking is a mess unless you pay an extra monthly fee for garage parking; the garage gates are always breaking. It seems overall management now is just slow to fix... anything and the whole place isn’t what it used to be. I will not be renewing my lease.
