Apartment itself is very nice. The process was riddled with incompetence from my leasing agent. I was scheduled to get my keys and finalize my lease on a Monday. I was told on the prior Friday at 4pm that I needed to get the electricity in my name by Monday or there would be a 50$/day charge from the apartment. I could’ve gotten same day start-up for that Monday, with the electric company, but they also charge 50$ for same day requests. I had been approved for the apt. days before all of this... nonsense. Not sure why she waited til the end of day on a Friday to relay this important information, when I was to assume the apartment on the following Monday. In addition to that, she told me in an email on that same Friday, that the pro-rated rent had to be given to them in a cashiers check or a money order. What is this, the 80’s? I wasn’t left with any time to get these 2 issues arranged when I work a full time job and wasn’t given ample notice to get these things done in time.
