Complex appearance
Been living in this complex for a couple of months and I have noticed they are slowly going downhill with community not taking care of the surroundings in the community. For example, I example, I have noticed they don’t vacuum the hallways that have carpeting, they should be vacuuming these hallways once a week, specially for how much they a charging a month in rent, but they don’t. Also, the landscaping is horrible, dogs pee everywhere and they are not taking care of it. Tenants like to... barbecue around eight-9 o’clock at night and are loud with their Spanish music when people have to work the next day. They are very inconsiderate. The apartment complex needs to send out an email with certain rules so people respect them. Barbecues are dirty because of inconsiderate people not cleaning after they are done barbecuing. An email needs to be sent out with these kind of rules so tenants follow them. instead of having these potlucks for thanksgiving’s, spend more money in landscaping and keeping the appearance of this community clean. set some rules in these community or else it will fast go downhill and turn into a section 8.
