MOLD LEAKS TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT-10/10
STAY CLEAR from altura largo. On move in day we pointed out multiple mold spots and the dishwasher wouldn’t run. Within the 4 months of living there the mold spread to almost ALL our personal items including furniture, clothing ect . On top of that our dishwasher was replaced 3 times. All three times it was “replaced and fixed” the maintenance man would run out the door leaving the job incomplete and tools behind. On multiple occasions I walked in the door to a random “new maintenance guy”... standing in the middle of the living room. Unannounced of course. Which is an easy way to get someone hurt.. ANYWAYS… after many requests nothing was ever fixed and our TAP water started to become very very milky. That’s when we decided we needed to get out for our healths sake. We had to fight management to break our lease and get our deposit back. Only lived here for 4 months… worst 4 months of my life.
