Doesn’t deserve even 1 star… disgusting

This apartment complex is disgusting. Roach infested with German roaches, dirty, air conditioners do not work. Staff is rude and not willing to help, way to expensive for what you are getting. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

Just beware

Be smart. take dated photos prior to moving in. Carpet, stairs, walls ,vents, kitchen, mildew and mold, stains, stairs and railing, plumbing, indoors and out, windows, animal droppings. Leave nothing unaccounted for. copy contracts and papers including work orders. Notarize all paper work. Understand the contract. It is almost impossible to leave without loosing your deposit or more.
