There is no pool furniture the carports are disgusting the club house is filthy the pool table is all ripped the bathrooms are in need of repairs the lights around the pool are all busted the pool deck is disgusting needs pressure washed and the sewage has major issues and the teenagers are so bad you can't even go to the pool because they are smoking weed and cussing destroying everything equitlifestyls corporation does not take no responsibility all they care about is collecting lot rent this... place is a disgrace and my place is going up for sale Lee mas

Management sucks, they do nothing but take your money and raise the rent every year! Drugs! Homes falling apart! Floods with every storm to where you can't drive in or out! Don't get trapped or waste your money! Noisey n basically going down hill fast!!
