Located in The Springs, a fantastic, quiet, secure, gated community. Completely remodeled home; new flooring, cabinets, granite countertops throughout, appliances, paint, etc. Gorgeous swimming pool (pool service included). Enclosed back yard with... automated gate and garage. Spacious backyard ideal for pets. There's also a large storage shed attached to the garage that ideal for motorcycles, ATVs, bicycles, or storage.

Tenants are charged a flat rate of $350/month for water, garbage, sewer, electric, and high speed internet (T-Mobile). Lease is a minimum of 12-months and subject to approval by the Springs HOA. Pets are allowed but subject to approval and additional deposit.

There is a fully remodeled separate guest quarters that is NOT included but is potentially available. The separate, detached guest quarters (~600 sq. ft.) is available for additional rent. Currently, we are staying in the quest quarters but will be leaving in early April. Yard maintenance is included but a word of caution; while the area is beautiful the trees tend to drop a lot of leaves.
