DISGUSTING!

Please do yourself a favor and don’t even bother giving this place the time of day. All they want is your money. They sell you on the place by lying to your face. I was told they had a book club within the community, they have regular get togethers for the residents like wine, pizza, movie and comedy nights; but that was all lies. They’ve done two “events” for the residents since I moved in back in April. The office staff are the absolute worst, unprofessional, disrespectful and just disgusting... attitudes. They treat you like you are beneath them, like you’re not important and you don’t matter. They take no responsibility for anything, everything is your fault no matter what. My move in process was a nightmare. Absolutely awful and miserable. They wouldn’t give me keys to my apartment until I turned in the “Move-in Checklist/Inspection Sheet”, but I was unable to fill out due to not being able to see the apartment to see if there were any issues or concerns. We had fire alarm inspections done and they left my lights on in my apartment and my door unlocked, but that was my fault. They NEVER answer the phone and if you’re lucky they will reply to an email but 4 to 5 days later.
The gate NEVER works it’s been broken for months. People are constantly speeding out of the parking lot and being reckless.
Just please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live. This place is absolutely awful and way overpriced.

Told to wait over an hour for our scheduled tour...

We were very interested in this apartment complex and made an appointment to tour. We showed up on time to our appointment and the leasing office was locked up and empty. This was during normal business hours (as posted on the community website) when someone should have been in the office. We waited about ten minutes and a leasing agent finally showed up. He apologized, and said that they were running behind on tours, but we were welcome to wait, it would probably be an hour. This is not how you... get someone to sign a lease. We were really upset to drive all the way out there especially when we weren’t even doing a walk in, we had an appointment. I can’t even imagine how they treat their tenants if there wasn’t anyone in the office during business hours to answer the phone, answer questions or to give tours for potential renters. As expensive as this place is, I would expect much better customer service.

Lipstick on a pig is still a pig

Let me start by saying we have lived in the complex for 2 years. They have used covid as an excuse to get rid of outdoor tables,TV, furniture, etc and have never replaced it. No tables by buildings 3 and 4 at all. No umbrella .Fire pits never work, ever. The common grills are disgusting and have never been cleaned.
Residents are allowed to just pile trash outside the apartment doors with little or no enforcement. One even uses the screen room as a giant litter box. Management never leaves...
the office and is blind to everything. Dogs crap all over the common areas and it's not enforced to pick up. Hallways never cleaned. New mulch not put down in 2 years. Current management is uncaring and unprofessional..they Never walk the property to look for issues. Beware living on the first or second as the sound insulation from above is poor at best. Anyone above is like the clogging family in the TV commercial
