I love to live here. It is beautiful and well maintained. The property manager and support team are amazing! They’re very dedicated and strive for excellence. In addition, the neighbors are polite and respectful.

The residents and office staff at Sage are very friendly. I enjoy walking my dog and seeing my all of neighbors. The dog park is large and is a favorite spot. I use the gym several times a week and am always able to use the equipment I planned to use. The pool area is beautiful. The clubhouse is a comfortable and beautiful spot to meet friends or join the complex events.

Living at Sage has seriously been amazing. From the pricing to how well the property is maintained, I love it. We have had no issues! The trash service is also helpful.

This place may look beautiful but the people that work here suck. No matter what issue you have they never answer the phone so you try to go to the clubhouse to speak to someone in person and they're never there. Aside from that, the place is super paper thin, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. About a year ago we had the swat come in and break the door down because of some guy living here and they never sent out an announcement to let everyone know they're safe. RIDICULOUS
