Orchard Pointe Apartments

Please, please, please reconsider your options before choosing this place, trust me you are better off renting a home! My lease is over in just a little over a week and that time could not come sooner. The buildings have so many structural issues that they do nothing more than to patch up evey time something goes wrong. In the past year I've had three water leaks, mold, & my gas shut off four times by the city due to gas leaks that have made our lives miserable. Management is so rude &... disrespectful and seems to enjoy looking for excuses not to help deal with their own issues. My small children and I were left without hot water for days which seemed completely acceptable to the buildings manager. I have always paid for my rent and utilities on time & to have to deal with all this is truly unacceptable. I have never had a worse rental experience anywhere else, so please, for the safety of you and your family don't choose this awful place. Lee mas
