Living at Parasol Melbourne has been a wonderful experience so far. We love our apartment and have met some really wonderful people. The management staff and maintenance are A plus. We would encourage anyone looking for a retirement community to make Parasol Melbourne their forever home.

My wife and I have only been here a short time, but we have been made to feel welcome by the staff and other residents. Living here gives me freedom and peace in knowing I no longer have to worry about maintaining my home. It’s my time to relax and enjoy life without the obligations I had in the past. Thank You Lord for leading me to Parasol for the next season in my life.

Bathroom sub-floor is such that most of the grout lines are cracked. Cheapest appliances installed. Refrigerator makes loud banging sounds every now and then. Sometimes I smell Freon. The apartment door from the hallway has a gap below it so sounds within your apartment, whatever they might be, be it your voice or dishes or silverware clanking, can be heard in the hallway. No sound abatement construction between adjacent apartments so you hear the snoring from next door. Walking down the hallway... you can enjoy the activities within any of the other apartments. Heated pool temperature is too high for one to swim laps as part of a workout. I like the staff. Building facade looks nice. Bowling alley next door has some late night parking lot parties which required at two in the morning a call to the police.
