The Palm Bay Grand Apartments

I’ve been very happy with my apartment at Palm Bay Grand! The community has a welcoming feel, and the management team is friendly and helpful. One of my favorite perks is the swimming pool—it’s always sparkling clean and a great place to relax on the weekends. The workout area has just about everything I need, and I never have to wait for equipment, which is a plus. Maintenance is usually on top of things, though I did have to wait a day longer than expected for one minor repair. However, they... kept me updated, which I appreciated. For my family and I these wonderful luxury apartments are the best place to live since we've always lived in houses. It was very easy for transportation to move in, wonderful staff, never had a problem. The best luxury apartments for the best bang for your money as well as size. It's a beautiful quiet place to live.. I'm very grateful and blessed to be here.. thank you to all the wonderful staff.. thanks again Stacey and family.

Apartments are spacious, modern appliances, close to numerous stores, property is maintained wonderfully, quiet area. Brandon, Yaheli and maintenance are wonderful, helpful and responses quickly to requests. Great place to live.

If you value sleep and require it to work and function happily as part of an assumed “luxury” experience, please read this review.

They tout the apartment homes as “luxury”. Give me a break. You can hear a lot from your neighbors which isn’t a problem during the day, at least for us (my wife and I). They also tout their “courtesy officer” which is a paid police officer living on the property for *free or at a significant reduction in cost as part of the payment (*speculating). They have defined... quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. We have SIX (6) college students living above us and at least three (3) students below. They are all friends with one another and go up and down all throughout the night without any regard to the noise rules. We complained for over three months to ultimately be told their lifestyle cannot be discriminated against and they are permitted to make “reasonable” noise to accommodate their lifestyle which included group dinner at 11pm every night. The insult to injury is the cost. The apartments are ridiculously overpriced considering they are bending the rules for college tenants rooming together in spite of our complaints and their own agreed upon rules when we signed the lease. Before you grossly over pay for falsely advertised “luxury” homes, let me tell you, beyond the external façade, this is just like every other apartment. Your neighbors can get together, laugh, and giggle all throughout the night keeping you up and they will do NOTHING! We have tried using this “courtesy officer”. Of our collective eight (8) requests she had responded to two (2). The others, we got no response. My wife and I work hard and have to work to afford this place and cannot begin to understand the apartment owners choosing to defend and shield college students over us (a married working couple). Instead they side and protect the college students piling into one unit and making it into their very own frat house. It’s beyond ridiculous.

I plead with you, do not give this place your money. It’s not worth it. Before signing a lease anywhere, verify the rules and look at reviews very closely. Drive the parking lot and ask about college tenants. If they live there, I wouldn’t risk it.

Additionally, we have a dog and they provide a dog park which is great. Problem is, the park is littered with dog poop. If you wish to keep your pup healthy and avoid illness, you cannot even use the park because it is not cleaned up daily. “Luxury”. I think not. Lee mas
