Best Value in South Miami
We lived here for a year and are going to renew our lease. The location of this building is phenomenal. Walk across the street to the metro rail and great entertainment in walking distance in old town Miami. The apartment is an extremely good value in Miami. The residents are quiet and have had no difficulties the first year. The staff is amicable and there are monthly service for pest control. The one maintenance problem I had the administration had someone to the apartment in hours and... was fixed by the morning. This is a mature building that's recently been renovated. There no place else in Miami that can give you this type of value.
