So Disappointed!!! PLEASE DO BETTER
Received my apt with soaked carpets, which weren't new as told. I could have applied for a unit without carpet as my daughter has resp issues and I had concerns regarding carpeting; toilet came with mold/grime (none in bathrooms were replaced), track lighting bulbs were out and the keys to my apt did not work in the door. They came to change it and only 1 key was working. Disappointed and not what I expected. Nothing like the display unit I was toured in. I could not move any furniture in the... rooms because the carpets are soaked!! I was told it was no need to make a big deal out of it. How should I receive this considering the cost of the move in and the cost of the apt itself? Obvious that no consideration given to my move in. I will update my review if there is no immediate remedy...
