Don’t move here

It’s terrible place , old apartments ,high rent prices , cockroach problems, water cuts almost every month ( today the 3rd day in a row the water being off ) ……..this place totally headache!

Best place to live

This place is beautiful, pools are always clean, gym has everything you need it even has a sauna! super awesome. The staff is great! Love love love it here.

Who could ask for more

Where could we find a more quiet, beautiful, peaceful place to live? We face Polly Palmer Park; completely renovated buildings, security locks, polite maintenance and staff, screened in patio… near everything. Highly recommend

Not currently a renter but have visited a few times now. Sadly, comments below by others still apply. There is a LOT of big dog droppings in some areas, particularly the western most set of units. The gate is always open. An empty apartment I visited smelled awful. The rental price does not include the mandatory $135 or so in additional fees they charge monthly, which helps pay for electronic locks, among other things. I decided to look elsewhere. And I see the manager never responds with an... explanation, just "hey, call me."
