Wonderful staff and means well! Took the time to communicate efficiently and kept me informed every step of the way. Process was smooth and staff very helpful! Made me feel right at home.

Be prepared to beg for service, to be given attitude, and wait months for the simplest reasonable request. if you can deal with that then I would still tell you find somewhere else.

On Nov. 26, I applied for a two-room apartment with my wife and son. When I did not answer, I showed up at the office at 2 weeks and they told me that my wife's signature was missing from one of the documents that had been previously reviewed, they told me to wait another 2 weeks and as a matter of fact I introduced myself and they told me that my son's application, but nevertheless my child's payment amount appeared in the following week I go back and you tell me that my son worked something... that I did not mention why he had not started classes at school now when I come back they tell me that we are not eligible for him, he is now studying at valencia college and yet they never realized that when we applied he was under age, however if they realized that I had a part time for which I am claiming the amount of the application because the application was going to be effective after he turned 18 and did not attend me properly, there was no response This concrete and centralized in every occasion that we present in the office Lee mas

Im sorry to say this but for my first time experience with an apartment this is the worst. They are way to expensive and the office and mantnance people are rude. I pay with washer dryer/ cable and my dog fee 896 a month and i live in a one bedroom. When i moved in it took them a month to get my washer and dryer and when they finally gave me it they were broken. So then i had to wait another week and these are in bad shape. There is trash everywhere and the trash for the dog waste is overflowing... . The maintnance peaple take weeks to fix a simple problem the office people are highly rude, they dont even greet me when i walk in. Do not do the same mistake I did save ur time and ur money i wouldnt recomend anybody to move her. Thank you for reading enjoy your day. Lee mas
